Stipend: A monthly stipend of Rs 15000/- (including subsidy amount if any by Govt. of India) shall be paid to the apprentice during the period of apprenticeship.

Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and maximum 28 years as on 01.10.2025 i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.10.1997 and not later than 01.10.2005 (both dates inclusive)
Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.
# SC/ST: 5 years
# OBC-NCL: 3 years
# PwBD: 10 years
# PwBD (OBC/NCL): 13 years
# PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
Local Language Proficiency: The candidates applying for apprenticeship vacancies of a particular state, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in any one of the local languages of that State. The test for knowledge of specified opted local language will be conducted as a part of selection process. It will be conducted during the process of document verification. Candidates who fail to qualify this test will not be engaged for apprentice. Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/ certificate evidencing having studied the local language will not be required to undergo the language test.
Educational Qualification: Graduate degree from recognized University/ Institutes approved by Govt. of India or its regulatory bodies. Candidate must have completed graduation and have Mark Sheets and Provisional/ Final Degree Certificate issued from the University/ Institute/ College for their graduation on or after 01.04.2021.
